The StartGreat onboarding experience enables a successful start to a new job at Dow, creating a foundation for a rewarding and long lasting career. The experience begins after a job offer is accepted and provides integration support for the first six months. New hires receive guidance in completing initial paperwork and selecting benefits, a formal training plan, and participate in a workshop to learn about Dow's history, strategy, mission, vision values and much more.
